|Question:||What can I do if my device is not responding or is jerky?|
|Answer:||In our testing an unresponsive device and/or jerky movements (assuming the device was properly setup and configured before) is typically caused by low batteries. You may need to plug in your device to charge it.
The device cannot be used when plugged in USB to charge due to regulations. Please make sure you have your device fully charged before starting a show to ensure the best possible experience.
